Nicosia DownTown Live turns 10!
During the last decade , Nicosia DownTown Live, evolved into the largest music scene in Cyprus, hosting Cypriot creators, artists from Greece as well as artists with an international career.
The purpose
The purpose of Nicosia DownTown Live, is to bring out local artists and give them the opportunity to present their work in a perfect music stage, which is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, in order to give artists and audiences the absolute experience.
Almost all main Cypriot bands, have performed on the stage of DownTown, as well as Musical performances, stand up comedians and alternative acts.
During this time, DownTown Live, in addition to supporting local musicians, it hosted the majority of the mainstream Greek and International artists of metal, hip hop, low bap and alternative Greek (Yiannis Haroulis, Pavlos Pavlidis, Thanasis Papakonstantinou, Yiannis Angelakas, Glykeria , Dionysis Savvopoulos, Vassilis Papakonstantinou etc) but also of the international scene.
DownTown Live and its affiliate company ARC Productions are also responsible for organizing concerts at Lympia and Kourio ancient theatres. ARC Productions sets the tone for the finest of the summer concerts in Cyprus.
